When choosing a gym, it's hard to know if you will like it before stepping foot into the facility. We like to think we are accepting of all but we understand it is best to be safe than sorry. This is why we schedule an Introductory Zoom Session. So you can decide if we are the right fit.

During the Introductory Zoom session, we will sit down with you to discuss your health history, any past or current injuries you might have, and your specific goals. We will take this time to get to know you, learn about everything you're looking to accomplish, and what obstacles have been in your way.
At the end of the Zoom Introductory session, we will go over what it is like to be a part of Strength Den, what you can expect from us, and what the next steps look like.
Then, we will schedule your first in-person session. During your first in-person session, we will take you through a quick physical assessment. The assessment is relatively quick yet informational. It allows us to figure out what option will be best for you moving forward. After the physical assessment, we then cover a few fundamental movements to discover your learning style and to obtain a baseline of movement.
